We have all been in suspense all along this semester about the identity of HE ? Who is this guy who tells us about radar and television ? So this is the place where you will be updated about the real identity of HE . (“humare jasoos charo or faile hue hai”)
The mystery over HE has led to rise of many a questions. A few of them are–
- Who is He ? (this is the biggest question, and we are trying to get in touch with CIA to unveil his true identity)
- Is He really a he or is he a she ?
- Does our beloved sir PKP has powers like telekinesis ?
- Is he an alien ?
- Is PKP an alien ?

By logically appliying thought,we conclude that He being a function of radar and Tv ,and He may or may not be an alien, The true identity of He remains unknown still.
so we go to the question again.(a Viscious circle indeed)
I must say Mr. Raj has clearly applied the entiriety of his scientific expertise to deduce the identity of HE. But as we can see that He’s identity still remains a mystery so I urge others also to join in the quest of unravelling the real persona behind HE and enlighten our lives.

HE is certainly not PKP….otherwise it would be I AM SAYING…..
PLEASE LISTEN ME……HE might be the ghost of alll those crap people who discovered PKP’s favourite Circuits……..Because whatever be the subject….PKP always teaches circuits…….

Dost….this mystery behind “He” is not an easy case to solve.
Because apparently in our planet this word points to more than half of the population and the other word being S-He….ironically that too contains the word He.
Now this convention stands good for our planet but this PKP fellow , as the blog says has descended from some other planet, might be following his planet convention and may be referring to some one divine in his planet who might have done some research in radar and TV.
“You Please Mark Here” i have used so many mights coz this is one of the numerous possibilities…..
This whole mystery can only be solved with the help of NASA and if not them , then atleast Rakesh Roshan or those who have been assigned their project under PKP

Well d mystery behind HE as we know has not been solved now, but I think can provide some clue in this matter..
I suppose this HE is not exactly a single person ( i.e. a variable quantity) and keeps changing.
HE can be R R Gulati ( author of Television) or Merrill I. Skolnik ( author of Radar ) or our beloved sir S.Sahu( *bola tha ki nahi yaad hai RAdAR ka pehla class ) or may be some scientist or even an Alien.
But to decide the exact HE , we are short of some given quatities , so its not under my jurisdiction. I leave it to d ” heistelling” and ” expert panel”to decide and give some ideas so dat we can move in right direction of our Experiment.
Well Well Mr.Punit has now provided us with some new and important information which may help us in a great extent in uncovering the truth behind HE .
And about solving the mystery all we can say is keep watching this place !!!

I must say it has become a bit tricky situation.
“The mystry of He”..
Daily as we spoke about HE,it occoured to me tat the name of this particular place on the Web is Actually “HEISTELLING”. There was a reply from him(may be her) after every comment.
So i must confirm that He is none other than the so called Mr. Heistelling…as he tells a new paragraph of conmment after every intellect’s comment(Refer the previous comments).
He has tried to confuse us about his existance and identity right from the time this page was being pushed inside the web.
so PKP is just a flux of imagination.Reailty is above .

Well….the mystery of HE seems to be climbing up the charts(of all the mysteries till date). It has been a very hard time for all of us to face Mr PKP four times a week and listen to “He is telling” ,”Please mark here” ,”Now what He is telling?” , “He has kept the screen here”(this is the latest one)…. In fact I also had many sleepless nights solving this riddle of HE..
The fact that Mr PKP utters He “is” telling (instead of He “was” telling)makes it even more difficult for us to find “His” true identity. According to him ,He is in the present….so i think Mr PKP can listen to “Him” while he teaches in the class..may be it is by telepathy or he has some transeiver fixed in his ears..whatever be the means..but he seems to hear “Him ” directly while he teaches..
Or may be “He” is GOD himself and PKP has the special ability to hear “Him”.If that is true then PKP can turn out to be a new hero for the series HEROES(due to his special powers).
So I have put forth my guesses about the identitiy of “HE” but the question still remains unanswered …who is HE??

well guys enough of dawdling around with this million dollar question,seriously mr pkp is the funniest teacher we had this sem giving s.s.sahu a run for his money.well wen he started teaching,looking at him,it gives the impression that he was a walrus ala d 1 present in “50 first dates” in the previous birth,same looks except for the specs.so maybe “HE” mite be his master in the previous birth and he mite be just be spawning his mentor’s orders and throwing a lite on his ideologies.wat say guys???

i was laughing all the day, you all are really genius, how cud u find the topics, i also was thinking about this “HE” when last year i was in his class in 2007,
once i asked him in the class, “sir, who is telling..?”
he replied..”its R.R Gulati telling, see dont write anything u just mark here one thing, i am not telling anything, he is telling everything and i am just working here as a repeater, so better u go through the book…………” as you all are familiar with these words.
